KwizSpark uses artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini and cloud infrastructure) to generate study notes, flashcards, and practice quizzes from your uploaded materials:

  • Purpose-Bound: Uploaded materials and study queries are transmitted securely solely to generate the requested study outputs.
  • No Model Training: Your private study documents and personal notes are not used to train public AI foundation models.
  • Secure Storage: Uploaded files are temporarily staged in encrypted cloud storage and are accessible only to process your session.

3. Use of Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and personalize the KwizSpark platform
  • Generate interactive study sessions, quizzes, and spaced-repetition cards
  • Send essential transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
  • Process subscriptions, AI credits, and payment verifications

4. Sharing & Payment Processing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Certified third-party payment processors and Merchants of Record (such as Paystack and Creem) to process subscription transactions securely. We never store payment card details on our servers.
  • Cloud infrastructure and email delivery providers (e.g. Resend, Google Cloud) necessary to operate our service.
