Welcome to KwizSpark. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using KwizSpark, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

KwizSpark is intended for university students and users aged 13 and older. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. KwizSpark is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

KwizSpark offers free access with daily credit allowances, as well as paid weekly and monthly subscription plans. Subscription fees are displayed clearly prior to checkout and billed via our secure payment partners (such as Paystack and Creem). Active benefits remain accessible for the duration of the purchased term.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with KwizSpark. Our refund terms are as follows:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you purchase a subscription and find that KwizSpark does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Failed Generations / Technical Errors: In the event that a server error or AI outage prevents generation of your study materials, generation credits are automatically restored, or you may request a refund from our support team.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel active subscriptions at any time without cancellation fees.
  • How to Request: Email [email protected] with your account email and reference to request a cancellation or refund. Requests are processed within 24–48 business hours.

5. AI Study Aids & Academic Disclaimer

KwizSpark generates study summaries, flashcards, and quizzes using artificial intelligence. These materials are intended as supplemental study and active recall tools. Users should cross-reference generated content with their official course textbooks and lecture materials.

6. Acceptable Use

By using KwizSpark, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights or confidential exam material
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful technologies

7. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain ownership of the original documents and notes you upload to KwizSpark. All platform software, design assets, algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of KwizSpark.

8. Termination

KwizSpark reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the platform.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

KwizSpark is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwizSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
